Glenmark Generics, U.S. subsidiary of India-based Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, has recalled a lot of generic ranitidine 150 mg tablets after a pharmacist complained that a bottle of the drug contained 50 mg metoprolol tartrate tablets instead.
