Allarae, Lobeck Medical Form Swiss Joint Venture

Allarae HealthCare and Lobeck Medical have signed a long-term joint venture agreement and product distribution alliance.

The venture provides Allarae with access to a global distribution channel for its products and services in roughly 30 countries outside the U.S., while making Lobeck products available to Allarae for exclusive distribution in the U.S., Allarae said.

Allarae develops cancer detection systems and is involved with implementing a comprehensive family software system for live tracking and monitoring of personal health indicators.

Lobeck has developed several products, including an intelligent blood glucose meter and a range of personal screening tests for pregnancy, ovulation, female menopause and colon cancer. Under the new arrangement, Lobeck will manufacture all products in Switzerland for both companies.
