China Department of Health Issues Recall for Device Head Ring Posts

The Chinese Department of Health has issued a recall for Varian Medical Systems’ head ring posts used by both the FrameArray Module HZ7 and Floorstand HZ5, because the head ring posts may be damaged due to excessive mechanical stress, resulting in possible failure during usage.
