SuperDimension to Be Acquired for $350 Million, Calcalist Says

SuperDimension is in the process of being acquired by a U.S. firm for $350 million, Calcalist reported, without saying where it got the information. Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic and Covidien were among the firms that competed to purchase the company.
