Exton Medical Devicemaker to be Sold for $360 Million

Kensey Nash will be acquired by Royal DSM for $360 million. Under the terms of the deal, Royal of Heerlen, Netherlands, is offering to buy Kensey Nash, a medical-device company primarily focused on regenerative medicine, for $38.50 per share.
