Baxter Recalls Parenteral Nutrition Injection Products

Baxter is recalling two lots of Clinimix and one lot of Clinimix E premixed sterile parenteral nutrition products over complaints of particulate matter. The affected lots were distributed to various sites throughout the U.S. between May 2012 and October 2013.
