Roundtable Healthcare Sells Off Beaver-Visitec

RoundTable Healthcare Partners has sold its subsidiary Beaver-Visitec International Holdings, provider of ophthalmic surgical devices, to private investment firm TPG Capital.

The deal is scheduled to be finalized during the third quarter.
