Medtronic’s VariLoc Launches in China, 9 Other Countries

Medtronic announced Monday that it is launching its bone fragment therapy device in China and nine other countries.

TheVariLoc Locking Compression Plate System is equipped with the variable angle locking technology, which allows surgeons to adjust screw angulations to suit individual patient anatomy.

The system, which can be used in a wide variety of bone fractures, is going on sale in China, Chile, Kenya, Pakistan, Lithuania, Greece, Poland, Turkey, Thailand and Vietnam.
