FDA Clears Interson’s Ultrasound Array Probes

Interson has received FDA marketing clearance for their SiMPLi Series ultrasound array probes for medical applications.

Interson's SiMPLi Series is a portable and handheld diagnostic ultrasound imaging solution for vascular access. The ultrasound probe plugs directly into a laptop or tablet via USB connection.

In addition, the device series has been awarded a CE mark, Japan PAL NINSHO approval and a medical device license from Health Canada.  — Cynthia Jessup
