Bio-Matrix Retains Patent Attorney to Assist in Instrument Filing

Bio-Matrix retained a patent attorney to assist in preparing to file its first patent relating to stem-cell instruments.

Bio-Matrix is working to develop and demonstrate innovative designs whose applications will increase productivity, performance and success in outcomes throughout the surgical and bioresearch industries.

With the retention of a patent attorney, the company said it is ready to prepare the application for patenting these medical devices. Bio-Matrix's President Brian Pockett said, "We intend to develop and market medical devices which will bring major changes to the industry and its procedures, leading to greater success in outcomes for medical researchers, physicians and patients."
