Rx Processing Buys Lab Pass Associates

Rx Processing has acquired Lab Pass Associates LLC. The deal is valued at approximately $120,000. Rx Processing said it acquired 100 percent ownership in Lab Pass in exchange for 800,000 shares of common stock. Rx Processing stock most recently traded at 15 cents a share. Rx Processing, based in Tampa, said the partnership would allow both companies to expand their product offerings and open additional revenue channels.
