MASTER I Risk Stratification Study Completes Enrollment

Cambridge Heart announced the completion of enrollment in the MASTER I Clinical Trial (Microvolt T-Wave AlternanS TEsting for Risk Stratification of Post MI Patients). The study targeted post myocardial infarction patients whose hearts have been damaged by their heart attack as evidenced by a reduced pumping efficiency. All of the patients enrolled into the study met "MADIT II" criteria defined by having had a prior heart attack with an ejection fraction, a measurement of the hearts pumping efficiency, of 30 percent or less.
