Syneron Secondary Offering Priced at $28 Per Share

Syneron Medical has priced the offering of 7 million of its ordinary shares being sold by selling shareholders at $28 per share. The selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,050,000 of their ordinary shares.
