Biomet Receives FDA Approval for New Product

Biomet announced that the FDA has granted marketing clearance for its patented ArComXL Highly Crosslinked Polyethylene, an engineered polymer that has demonstrated a 47 percent to 64 percent volumetric wear rate reduction over Biomet's own ArCom Polyethylene.
