ResMed to Launch S8 Escape Flow Generator

ResMed has launched its newest CPAP device, the S8 Escape, inaugurating a new generation of high quality flow generators.

The S8 Escape is the first standard CPAP with an interactive Personal Assistant feature. The Personal Assistant reminds patients to maintain their equipment, prompts and guides them through device interactions, and automatically backs up all their compliance data. The feature provides clinicians with a more flexible communication solution by allowing the option of managing therapy remotely or directly through the device, via the ResScan Data Card.
