ENDO TO SELL 26 MILLION SHARES IN SECONDARY OFFERING

Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. (ENDP.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday said its largest shareholder, an affiliate of private equity firm Kelso & Co., was selling the majority of shares in a 26-million-share secondary offering. After the sale, the Kelso affiliate will own about 20.5 percent of Endo's outstanding shares. Endo said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
