Baxter Fires 3 Over Falsified Repairs, Tests

Baxter Healthcare Corp. said it has fired three employees in its Phoenix service center in connection with a recall of its infusion pumps. The company, the operating unit of Deerfield-based Baxter International, said the three were fired for falsifying repairs and tests of the pumps including electrical safety data.
