Detachment Issues Lead to Recall for Fluid Administration Sets
Smiths Medical has issued a recall for its Level 1 Normothermic IV fluid administration sets due to reports of possible disconnections of the Luer lock connector at the patient end of the tubing for these fluid warming sets.
