Teva Pharmaceuticals won two major patent cases on its best-selling product in multiple sclerosis treatment Copaxone, warding off generic competition for a few more years. A New York federal court ruled in favor of all of Copaxone’s (glatiramer acetate injection) asserted claims in Teva’s patent infringement case against Momenta Pharmaceuticals and Sandoz.
