Covidien Recalls Duet TRS Due to Patient Deaths
Covidien announced Monday that the Duet TRS Universal Straight and Articulating Single Use Loading Units should not be used in thoracic surgery, after receiving reports connecting the device with three patient deaths and 13 serious injuries following surgery.
