Teva Pharmaceutical Industries and Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a Johnson & Johnson (J&J) subsidiary, have settled a patent infringement lawsuit related to Teva’s generic version of the oral contraceptive Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo.
