FDA Steps Up Effort to Restrict Conflicts on Advisory Panels

The FDA is proposing to disclose a new detail in listing conflicts of interest for advisory committee members — the name of the company or institution involved — as the agency’s head recommends that officials minimize conflicts of interest on panels.
