Abbott Gets 483 for ‘Deficiently Written’ Complaint Procedures
Abbott received a Form 483 for “deficiently written or followed” procedures for handling written and oral complaints related to its products. Complaint investigation procedures at Abbott’s Chicago-area plant do not always address the nature of the complaint or the process controls that may relate to the complaint, the form states.
