IPAB Repeal Bill Surges as CBO, Democrats’ Arguments Ignored
Another House panel has voted to repeal the controversial Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB), with Republicans deflecting Democrats’ concerns as well as Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates that ending the program before it begins would heap huge costs on Medicare.
