EC Continues With ‘Pay-for-Delay’ Crackdown, Charging Servier, Generic Makers
The European Commission (EC) has accused French drugmaker Servier and five generic companies of engaging in anticompetitive “pay-for-delay” agreements, making Servier the second brand drugmaker to take heat from EU regulators over antitrust allegations this month.
