Report: Regulatory Affairs Staff Saw Modest 2011 Salary Growth
Healthcare regulatory affairs professionals in North America saw their salaries and bonus levels rise by an average of three percent in 2011, making modest but notable compensatory gains during a year punctuated by severe cutbacks and grinding economic malaise, a new report finds. Professionals’ salaries were also up in Asia and Latin America, sites of hot industry interest, according to a new biennial survey from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). “This shows recognition that good regulatory talent is valuable to an organization,” RAPS Executive Director Sherry Keramidas said.
