FDA, Twitter and Influence (Eye on FDA blog)
“Twitter has become an important medium in journalism,” blogger Mark Senak writes. “It allows reporters to report on much more granular information to a much more targeted audience.” With the migration to various social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook, influence has become a measurable impact, Senak adds. “For the FDA, Twitter is much more likely to be enriched with reporter interactions, while Facebook may be more important in seeking interaction with the everyday public,” he writes.
