U.S. Device Groups Seek Harmony With China
AdvaMed and the Medical Imaging & Technology Alliance (MITA) joined forces in Beijing late last month to improve harmonization with China. The groups led a two-day standards workshop designed to familiarize China’s State Food and Drug Administration and industry with the IEC 60601-1 third edition standard on electrical medical equipment.
