ODE Gains Two New Review Divisions in Latest CDRH Reorganization

CDER has reorganized its Office of Device Evaluations (ODE) to reduce manager-to-employee ratios throughout the ODE and better align responsibility for similar products, the center confirmed this week. The Nov. 1 restructuring adds a Division of Surgical Devices and a Division of Neurological and Physical Medicine Devices, bringing the total number of review divisions to seven.
