PEDIATRIC EXCLUSIVITY NOT CHANGING LABELING, HOUSE SAYS
Of the hundreds of pediatric studies done on marketed drugs, only a few have resulted in labeling changes, according to House lawmakers who contend pharmaceutical companies are abusing the six-month pediatric exclusivity provision under federal drug law.
