U.S. GAO Questions Application of TRIPS and Access to Medicines

The U.S. Congress should consider the U.S. Trade Representative’s (USTR) track record on applying the World Trade Organization’s (WTO) declaration on access to medicines when reauthorizing the 2002 Trade Act, a recent report by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) found.
