Appropriations Bill Bans Funds for Reagan-Udall Foundation

Congress’ consolidated appropriations bill, which passed Dec. 19, would give the FDA nearly $1.73 billion in funding but would bar the agency from transferring any of those funds to its new Reagan-Udall Foundation (see related story).
