All Generics Must Meet Tougher USP Solvent Standard

With the launch this month of the U.S. Pharmacopoeia (USP) standard for controlling residual solvents in pharmaceuticals, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is requiring all generic drugs to comply with it — not just those with USP monographs.
