Teva, Subsidiary Resolve Medicaid Case With Massachusetts
Teva Pharmaceuticals USA and its subsidiary Ivax agreed to pay MassHealth, the Massachusetts Medicaid program, $7 million to settle a False Claims Act case pending in a Boston court. The settlement resolves the state’s claims that Teva and Ivax falsely inflated prices of their generic drugs sold from 1997–2003.
