CBER Adds Second-Tier Review to Scientific Dispute Resolution

In an effort to keep scientific disputes from delaying regulatory decisions while ensuring staff concerns are considered, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) has updated its manual on dispute resolutions.
