FDCA Defines Adulterated Product As Not Manufactured Under GMPs

The Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) makes clear in Section 301 that it is a federal crime to manufacture, ship, deliver for shipment or receive after shipment an “adulterated or misbranded” food, drug, medical device or cosmetic.
