Pay-for-Delay Ban Urged by FTC in Final Healthcare Legislation

The FTC has urged Congress to include a provision banning pay-for-delay settlements in final healthcare overhaul legislation, saying the practice costs consumers $3.5 billion per year by delaying generic competition.
