In the Jan. 11 issue, the story “Wockhardt’s Generic Namenda Gets Tentative Approval” said “Forest’s ’703 patent on Namenda (memantine HCl) is set to expire in April” and “Forest has applied for a patent extension that would prolong the life of the patent through September 2013.” It should have said, “Forest’s ’703 patent extension on Namenda expires April 11, 2015.”
