EMA Updates Its Warning on Clopidogrel, PPI Use

New studies suggest that using the antiplatelet drug clopidogrel with most proton-pump inhibitors (PPIs) is safe, prompting the European Medicines Agency
(EMA) to ease a May 2009 class warning discouraging the concomitant use of the drugs.
