Drugmakers Pay $421 Million Over False Claims Allegations

Roxane Laboratories, Abbott Laboratories and B. Braun Medical have agreed to pay the U.S. government $421.2 million to settle False Claims Act allegations involving illegal drug pricing, the Justice Department announced Tuesday.
