Kos Pays $41 Million to Government Over Alleged Kickbacks to Doctors

Abbott Laboratories’ subsidiary Kos Pharmaceuticals has agreed to pay federal and state governments more than $41 million and signed a deferred prosecution agreement to settle allegations of kickbacks and off-label promotions.
