Poland Expands List of Reimbursed Drugs, Adds New Active Substances
Poland’s health ministry has added 70 new drugs to the reimbursed medicines list, effective March 1. The list includes three medicines containing active substances previously not subject to reimbursement — penicillamine for the treatment of Wilson’s disease, ethambutol for tuberculosis and conestat alpha for the prevention of hereditary angioedema attacks.
