Report Calls for Removal of Unsafe, Ineffective Drugs From Indian Market

An expert committee appointed by India’s Ministry of Health is calling on the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization to remove drugs and vaccines that “should never have been allowed to reach the market,” but did due to a lax system of premarket review.
