Mass Spec Analytical has released its new thermal extraction ion source (TEIS) for the Sciex 3200 mass spectrometer and other V-series models.

The TEIS-3200 uses Mass Spec's patented thermal extraction sample introduction device.

The TEIS speeds up workflow times by 30 percent or more for processes where gas chromatography–mass spectrometry is normally used for analysis. — Cynthia Jessup
