HeartStitch announced it gained a CE Mark for its mitral valve repair device, used to remodel and repair the heart’s mitral valve.

The company claims the device involves a less invasive procedure than other methods.

The device uses sutures instead of a full prosthetic device to repair the leaflets of the mitral valve in order to treat mitral regurgitation.
