FDA Clears Additive Orthopedics’ 3D Printed Lattice Plates

The FDA granted 510(k) clearance to Additive Orthopedics’ patient-specific 3D printed locking lattice plates.

The plates are indicated for alignment, stabilization and fusion of fractures, bone removal and fusion of small bones such as the foot and ankle.    

The patient-specific implants will be a component of the company’s Game Plan integrated surgical planning system it plans to launch later in the year.
