Drug wholesalers McKesson, AmerisourceBergen and Cardinal Health, and the Janssen subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson (J&J) have agreed to pay a combined $590 million to settle lawsuits with Native American tribes that accused the companies of fueling the opioid crisis.
