Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) filed suit against HHS and CMS over the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) claiming that the drug price negotiation program violates the Constitution by “forcing pharmaceutical companies to turn over their most successful and innovative products at a huge discount.”
