MEDINOL SUES BOSTON SCIENTIFIC FOR $2 TO $4 BILLION
Rory Millson, the leading attorney representing Israeli stent manufacturer Medinol in its lawsuit against Boston Scientific, announced in his opening statement that Medinol was demanding $2 billion to $4 billion.
