Able Decides to Sell Business After FDA Rejects Consent Decree Proposal

Generic drugmaker Able Laboratories announced it would sell its assets Aug. 16 after the FDA rejected a consent decree proposal that would have allowed the firm to relaunch its withdrawn drug products without having to resubmit abbreviated new drug applications (ANDAs).
